Allegro Acoustics worked with Urban Solutions, KMD Architecture and mac-interiors on the floor addition, extension and fitout of the second to fifth floors of 24 – 26 City Quay. This project includes high end office space, upper level terrace and cafe facilities. Allegro Acoustics provided all aspects of acoustic design consulting services to include the development of 3D acoustic modelling for internal spaces, sound insulation design, M&E noise modelling and attenuation design, planning submission and material selection. This development provides an optimized and comfortable commercial environment for the user and is designed to achieve points for acoustic performance under the LEED building ratings agency.
