Allegro Acoustics completed all aspects of acoustic design for this city center hotel which was opened in August 2019. This hotel includes bar & restaurant, gym, meeting rooms, internal courtyard and 301 beds. This hotel is designed to achieve classification by Fáilte Ireland and a BREEAM Very Good rating. Acoustic design was heavily embedded in the interior and architectural design throughout the building to result in an acoustically exceptional product. This includes a ground floor bar and restaurant which displays a warm but quiet acoustic environment where relaxing and chatting is easy, high airborne sound insulation performance between bedrooms which gives excellent sound separation to guests and extremely low intrusive noise levels throughout to allow the guest to visually take in the varied cityscape yet not experience unwanted traffic noise.
