Viagogo is an online ticket sales platform and this facility in Limerick is the company’s European call
centre base. Allegro Acoustics was engaged to assess the acoustic performance of the call centre and
ancillary meeting and video conference facilities. Allegro Acoustics completed extensive room acoustic
design for the facility to provide an optimised acoustic environment for users. This included the
development of a 3D room acoustic model for the space using Odeon room acoustic modelling software
and the conclusion of acoustic design measures to optimise acoustic comfort and usability.
